Job Title: Finance Manager – Coffee & Restaurant Company

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our coffee and restaurant business in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and restaurant industry accounting to drive profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and cost efficiency.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Cost Control & Profitability: Monitor food, beverage, and operational costs, ensuring optimal cost control and pricing strategies.
  • Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Ensure smooth cash flow operations and effective capital utilization.
  • Accounting & Compliance: Oversee financial reporting, tax compliance, and adherence to local regulations.
  • Inventory & Procurement Financial Oversight: Work closely with procurement and operations to manage stock levels and control waste.
  • Payroll & Financial Administration: Supervise payroll processing and ensure proper accounting for employee expenses.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
  • Audit & Risk Management: Manage internal and external audits, ensuring strong internal controls.

Skills

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CMA or CPA, or CA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the F&B, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant financial operations, cost control, and P&L management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and advanced Excel.
  • Experience in Saudi tax regulations (VAT, Zakat, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
