We are looking for a Finance Manager based in Riyadh to support our launch in KSA. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience managing finance operations, including scaling and managing rapid growth.

What You Will Do

  • Manage daily operations of the Finance and Accounting Department.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes for the KSA operations.
  • Organize and define processes for local invoicing, finance, and collections.
  • Liaise with external parties such as customers, vendors, lawyers, tax, and government authorities.
  • Support internal teams regarding financial and business processes.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial operations.
  • Coordinate with local payment and invoicing platform providers.
  • Prepare financial information required by local authorities.
  • Participate in internal control testing and transactional tax activities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to identify issues and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare cash flow reports, forecasts, budgets, and analyze financial results.
  • Conduct financial reviews, budgeting, planning, and investment analysis at a group level.
  • Perform month-end reconciliations, including fixed assets and bank statements.
  • Assist the financial leadership team with project funding and risk assessment activities.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
  • Fluent in English for effective communication within the group.
  • At least 5 years of relevant finance experience, including 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of local taxation regulations and ability to advise.
  • CPA certification is highly preferred.
  • Solid tax knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
