A leading company in water management is seeking a Finance Manager for its overseas operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will oversee financial accounting, manage a team, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations. Strong English communication skills and a related bachelor's degree are required, along with financial expertise and team management skills. Preference will be given to those familiar with local tax laws and banking practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Accounting and Analysis: full responsibility for the financial accounting and analysis of overseas operation, including managing Finance team, promptly identifying commercial issues, and proposing solutions.
2. Coordinating with external parties: with the guidance of the Group Finance Department, be responsible for communicating and coordinating with the Saudi Tax Department, banks, auditors, and assisting the General Manager in handling externalrelationships.
3. Financial System Implementation: with the guidance of the Group Finance Department to improve and implement the financial systems.
4. Team Management: Manage and develop the local finance team.
5. Internal Control: Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations and propose suggestions to reduce operational and financial risks.
6. Contract Review: Review all economic contracts except for salary contracts and ensure that the terms comply with tax laws and the Group's internal control requirements, and provide legal risk recommendations.
7. Budget Management: Prepare financial budgets, monitor their implementation, and provide variance analysis and commentary.
8. Tax Management: Optimize tax by utilizing preferential tax policies and standardizing the timing of tax payments.
9. Cash Management: Manage cash inflows and outflows to optimize cash usage.
10. Other Tasks: Complete other tasks assigned.
Job Requirements:
1. Language: Strong proficiency in oral and written English with the ability to use English as a working language.
2. Interpersonal skills: Possess strong communication and coordination skills, organizational management capabilities, and professional expertise.
3. Education and qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields with mid-management or higher professional experience.

• The position requires candidates to have strong financial expertise, team management skills, cross-cultural communication abilities, and to be able to work independently in an overseas environment.
• Preference will be given to candidates familiar with local tax laws, banking, and auditing procedures in Saudi Arabia.
