Overview

Madar seeks a Finance Manager to join our growing team for a crucial role in our organization and helping manage our financial operations. You\'ll be responsible for handling financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis. You\'ll be responsible for maintenance and continuous refinement of financial procedures to achieve compliance with relevant regulations and standards. You\'ll have your analytical skills at your disposal as you analyze financial performance to provide insights that guide the organization\'s strategic decision-making. Furthermore, you will collaborate with other departments to contribute to business goals and align resource usage for optimum efficiency. Responsibilities
  • Handle financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master\'s degree or a certification (CPA, CMA) is highly desirable
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience (3-5 years as Manager) working in a finance management, accounting, or equivalent field, with a proven track record of delivering financial performance
  • Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
  • Understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles, more specifically for the logistics sector
  • Experienced in ERP systems and financial software used for handling accounting processes and reporting
  • Ability to analyze complex data with a problem-solving mindset in order to interpret complex financial data and draw workable insights
  • Well-versed in Arabic and English with good written and oral communications to present data effectively
  • Ability to manage and direct teams of financiers effectively to achieve targets
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, to influence individuals at all levels
  • A very good amount of detail and precision, in addition to working under pressure to achieve time targets
  • Experience in planning and streamlining financial operations to achieve growth and efficiency in an organization
  • Strong knowledge of ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) regulations and compliance requirements
  • Hands-on experience with VAT, excise tax, corporate income tax, and zakat filings in Saudi Arabia
  • Ability to manage tax returns, reconcile tax liabilities, and communicate effectively with ZATCA during audits or inquiries
