A leading company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial management activities. The successful candidate will analyze financial performance, manage budgeting processes, and ensure compliance with local regulations while providing strategic insights. Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial activities of the organization. The Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, providing insightful financial analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (e.g., balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
• Develop and analyze key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare insightful financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
• Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, providing explanations for deviations and recommending corrective actions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Lead the annual budgeting process, working collaboratively with department heads to develop realistic and achievable budgets.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasting models to project future financial performance.
• Monitor budget performance throughout the year and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify and analyze potential risks and opportunities related to budget and forecast assumptions.
• Financial Planning & Strategy:
• Contribute to the development and execution of the company's financial strategy.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making, including investment appraisals, mergers and acquisitions, and new business ventures.
• Develop financial models to evaluate the financial implications of strategic initiatives.
• Treasury Management:
• Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs.
• Oversee banking relationships and manage bank accounts.
• Monitor and manage foreign exchange risk (if applicable).
• Assist with debt financing and investment activities.
• Compliance & Internal Controls:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements in Saudi Arabia.
• Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process.
• Team Management & Development:

• Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance and support to team members.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with demonstrated experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (e.g., IFRS).
• Experience with financial management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
