Designation: Finance Manager – Metal Scrap Recycling Co.
Location: Riyadh-Dammam Highway, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Reporting To: CEO

About the Company:
A leading player in the metal scrap industry based in Metal Scrap City, Riyadh, with core expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects. Currently undergoing rapid expansion across Saudi Arabia, the company seeks a Finance Manager to drive financial growth, compliance, and strategic partnerships.

Job Purpose:
To lead the financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance functions, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and adherence to local financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions and project execution.

Project Finance

• Monitor capital expenditure and cost control for ongoing infrastructure projects.
• Oversee project funding and ensure financial viability.

Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with KSA financial laws (ZATCA, VAT, WHT, etc.) and IFRS standards.

Cash Flow & Treasury

• Manage cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions in KSA.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks including currency, tax, and regulatory changes.
• Implement robust internal controls and audit procedures.
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.
• Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Professional certifications (CA or equivalent) highly desirable.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role within infrastructure, construction, or metal scrap industries.
• Strong knowledge of KSA financial regulations and tax environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Bilingual preferred – English mandatory; Urdu/Arabic is an advantage.
