The Finance Manager will oversee the company s financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities. You will work closely with leadership to ensure financial health, manage cash flow, and provide actionable financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop and manage budgets; track spending and perform variance analysis.
• Oversee cash flow management and banking operations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi accounting standards, Zakat, VAT, and related regulations.
• Lead audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Advise management on financial strategies, cost optimization, and risk management.
• Enhance financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master s or CMA/CPA preferred).
