• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Finanzen oder Buchhaltung, vorzugsweise in Saudi-Arabien.
• Starke Kenntnisse der saudischen Steuervorschriften, Zakat und Mehrwertsteuer.

Responsibilities

• Vorbereitung von monatlichen, vierteljährlichen und jährlichen Finanzberichten.
• Entwicklung und Verwaltung von Budgets; Überwachung der Ausgaben.

About the Company :

A fast-growing and dynamic company operating in the sports and entertainment sector is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join its Riyadh-based team. The company is dedicated to excellence in delivering training, events, and experiences in the field of combat sports and fitness.

Role Overview :

The Finance Manager will oversee the company’s financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities. You will work closely with leadership to ensure financial health, manage cash flow, and provide actionable financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop and manage budgets; track spending and perform variance analysis.
• Oversee cash flow management and banking operations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi accounting standards, Zakat, VAT, and related regulations.
• Lead audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Advise management on financial strategies, cost optimization, and risk management.
• Enhance financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CMA / CPA preferred).

5+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia.

Strong understanding of Saudi tax, Zakat, and VAT requirements.

Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Fluent in both Arabic and English (mandatory).
