Role Description:

The Finance Manager at Innovative Solutions (IS) will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health, compliance, and strategic financial planning of the organization. As the head of the Finance Department, the Finance Manager will be responsible for financial governance, budgeting, cost optimization, risk management, and investment planning to support IS’s business growth and upcoming IPO on the Saudi NOMU Parallel Market.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all financial aspects of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
2. Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
4. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
5. Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational growth and profitability.
6. Collaborate with other departments to drive cost management and revenue optimization initiatives.
7. Lead and mentor the finance team to foster a culture of excellence.
8. Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or MSc Finance Preferred.
2. SOCPA Certification.
3. 10+ Years Experience with at least 5 years at Assistant Manager & Manager level.
4. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
5. Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
6. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
