Balajee Group is a leading civil infrastructure company based in Mumbai, India with core expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects. Currently expanding operations in Saudi Arabia, we are hiring for Business Development roles to drive growth and strategic partnerships in the GCC region.

As a Finance Manager in an infrastructure company in Saudi Arabia, you will oversee all financial aspects of the business, from budgeting and forecasting to cash flow management and compliance with local regulations. You will lead the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the company and its projects.
2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and analyses, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
3. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations and projects.
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and company policies.
5. Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies.
6. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve optimal performance.
7. Project Management: Work closely with project managers to monitor project budgets, identify cost overruns, and implement corrective actions.
8. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (MBA preferred).
2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting roles, preferably in the infrastructure or construction industry.
3. Accounting Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
7. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
8. Knowledge of Saudi Regulations: Familiarity with Saudi Arabian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.

Additional Notes:

1. The specific responsibilities and qualifications may vary depending on the size and nature of the infrastructure company and the specific requirements of the position.
2. Experience in project finance or infrastructure projects can be highly valuable.
3. Fluency in Arabic will be an advantage.
