Job Summary:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage and oversee the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and stay updated on market practices.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively present financial information to stakeholders.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and adapt to new technology tools within the organization.
Candidate Requirements:
- Solid knowledge in Finance, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to adapt to new technology tools and software.
- Understanding of the cultural and professional environment in KSA and the GCC region.
- Knowledge of relevant market practices and laws & regulations.
- Proficient in industry-specific tools, software, and methodologies.
- Strong soft skills such as problem-solving, collaboration, resilience, adaptability, and managing performance.
Skills
- Solid knowledge in Finance, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting, independently executing tasks and solving routine challenges.
- Excellent use of English (must) and Arabic language (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present information.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology tools and software used within the organization.
- Demonstrates understanding of the cultural and professional environment in KSA and the GCC region.
- Good understanding of relevant market practices and applicable laws & regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply knowledge to ensure compliance.
- Proficient in essential technical skills related to the role, including knowledge of industry-specific tools, software, and methodologies, enabling effective task execution.
- Demonstrate proficiency in essential soft skills as per Competency Framework based on the role’s level of responsibility (Problem-solving, Collaboration, Accounting, Resilience & Adaptability, Managing performance).
