Job description

To provide end-to-end finance support and operations for all reinsurance broking business in Saudi Arabia. To manage all aspects of WTW Reinsurance Broking Company LLC business accounting, financial planning, reporting and control, including production of business plans, budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities
  1. Direct the Finance function across all WTW Reinsurance Broking Company LLC locations ensuring full compliance with all legal and statutory reporting requirements (the individual will have the status of Chief Financial Officer for all legal and regulatory matters).
  2. Support the establishment of our new broking operations in the country including the set-up and initial administration of all Finance processes in conjunction with regional team.
  3. Establish a strong internal control environment including appropriate controls for banking, payments, financial reporting, and other key processes.
  4. Provide monthly and quarterly financial reporting to WTW International and other stakeholders on the progress of WTW Reinsurance Broking Company LLC.
  5. Ongoing review and challenge of WTW Reinsurance Broking Company LLC strategic business plans to grow the business and monitor performance of the company against this plan.
  6. Support and manage change across the business through the identification and recommendation of appropriate changes to improve overall efficiency and profitability.
  7. Management of accounts receivable collections process and required reporting.
  8. Provide timely and accurate financial information and advice to support senior management decisions.
  9. Manage any USGAAP adjustments and reporting requirements for internal WTW reporting.
  10. The management of annual budget/s and forecasting process for the country in support of both the business and the supporting corporate functions.
  11. Review and control of company balance sheet and cash flow.
  12. Efficient tax planning, reporting and filing in conjunction with and under the guidance of the WTW Tax Team.
  13. This role provides Business Partnership through:
  14. Providing timely and quality information to support management peers and internal functions to make informed decisions for WTW Reinsurance Broking Company LLC.
  15. Maintaining the investment plan and coordinating necessary activities and resources for delivery and alignment with the business case.
  16. Ensuring the delivery of financial support expertise to sales, operations, and acquisition functions.
Communications & Relationships

This role reports to the Regional Finance Leader, WTW Middle East with a matrix report to the Local Executive Management.

The Requirements
  1. University degree required with a preference in Finance or Accounting.
  2. CPA, CA or equivalent preferred.
  3. 5+ years of professional work experience in a Finance or Accounting Controllership function.
  4. Fluent in Arabic and English.
  5. Citizen of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  6. Needs to be a self-starter with the knowledge and experience to implement and maintain core finance processes and therefore must be willing, and able, to turn their hand to all aspects of financial administration and processing.
  7. Strong written and verbal skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management.
