Finance Director Required in Saudi Arabia New

Skills Provision is searching for a Finance Director for a prominent company in the Middle East.

Direct and oversee all financial activities of the Company and its subsidiaries including the preparation of financial reports on current business activities and forecasts for future business growth. The role also includes the development of financial procedures.

The Role

• Prepare consolidated financial reports for the group and ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.
• Liaise with departments’ heads to consolidate annual budget for the group and present it to the BOD for discussion and approval.
• Assess long-term financial trends and review prospects for future growth of income and propose new business ventures.
• Prepare and present annual budget for the group.
• Review reports and analyse projections of sales and income against actual figures and suggest methods of improving the planning process.
• Propose and implement improvements in accounting and reporting systems along with internal controls to facilitate accurate and timely reporting.
• Oversee all accounting activities across the group and develop procedures to ensure best practices are implemented.
• Maintain and develop the Company’s ERP system and suggest improvements as and when required.
• Support the decision-making process by providing accurate information on business performance.
• Review and approve all financial entries for Saudi.
• Monitor cash funds from and manage cash flow to ensure all Company commitments are fulfilled.
• Compile and submit financial reports including daily cash status, monthly financial reports, and monthly cash management report.
• Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the management.

Requirements
