As Finance Director – Diagnostics Platform, KSA, you won’t just report financials—you will shape the future of diagnostics in the region. You’ll partner closely with the VP & GM of Dx Platform, KSA, and lead the financial strategy that drives sustainable growth, investment decisions, and operational excellence. This is a key leadership role that bridges finance, commercial, shared services, and functional stakeholders across multiple operating companies, all aligned under a shared vision to improve healthcare outcomes in the Kingdom and beyond.

What You’ll Lead and Deliver

Business Partnership & Strategy

Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP & GM, providing financial insight to drive strategic decisions, ROIC achievement, and capital investment evaluation. Champion financial performance across the Diagnostics OpCos, ensuring every decision is anchored in value creation and long-term impact.

Performance Management & Insight

Lead all FP&A activities across the platform—monthly forecasting, annual operating planning (AOP), and management reporting, using OneStream and Power BI. Deliver robust financial analysis across standard/gross margin, opex, headcount, and capital expenditures to guide resource allocation and operational agility.

Cross-Platform Collaboration

Orchestrate alignment through the Monthly Planning Alignment & Communication (MPAC) process, connecting finance, accounting, shared services, and business leads to one cohesive plan. Drive the creation and submission of the President’s Letter, internal dashboards, and Corporate decks that influence regional and global decisions.

Governance & Excellence

Ensure financial operations comply with US GAAP, SOX, and local regulations, upholding Danaher’s standards of integrity and transparency. Act as the key point of contact for audits, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies such as SOCPA, MOH, NUPCO, and the National Guard.

What Sets You Apart

Executive Finance Expertise with at least 20 years of progressive leadership in complex, matrixed finance environments. Global & Regional Agility: Proven ability to lead across geographies, functions, and diverse operating cultures. Technical Mastery: Proficiency in OneStream, Oracle, Power BI, and modern analytics tools for data-driven decision-making. Strategic Influence: Ability to translate numbers into narratives and financials into forward-looking strategy. Credentials: Master’s in Finance or Accounting required. CPA and SOCPA are highly preferred.
