Planning & Strategy:

• Contribute to strategy development and execution.

Budgeting & Financial Management:

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Monitor budget utilization and financial performance.

• Deliver insights to optimize resources and control costs.

• Support long-term financial health and stability.

Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee financial statements in compliance with IFRS & SOCPA.

• Manage AP, AR, GL, and closing activities.

• Improve accounting processes and support audits.

Financial Control & Risk:

• Strengthen internal controls and ensure data integrity.

• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.

• Promote transparency and accurate reporting.

Technology & Automation:

• Drive system integration and reporting improvements.

• Promote automation and data-driven decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement & Compliance:
