Finance Business Partner – Saudi National

The Tires Group Sector is responsible for tire sales worldwide. Within the Business Area Tires RE EMEA and with MENA locations in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Morocco, we serve, in close cooperation with our partner network, our customers by selling multi-brand passenger light vehicle tires, truck tires and specialty tires in over 20 countries of the region.

Key Purpose of the Role:

To provide cross-functional support across Finance and Procurement, driving financial insight, supporting adhoc business needs, and helping improve cost control, supplier efficiency, and overall financial performance.

This role bridges finance, procurement, and operations, contributing to smarter decision-making and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support FP&A, Accounting, and Credit Management teams with adhoc financial analysis, reporting, and process improvements.
  • Lead or support special projects and process automation.
  • Help automate manual tasks or improve financial systems and processes.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and innovation within finance operations.
  • Assist in preparing management reports and presentations.
  • Handle adhoc requests related to accounting reconciliations, compliance, and audits.
  • Assist the procurement team with supplier evaluation, cost analysis, and sourcing decisions. Monitor supplier performance and coordinate finance-related procurement KPIs (e.g., cost savings, payment terms).

Ideal Profile / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
  • 2–5 years of experience in finance, procurement, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with ERP systems.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across functions.
