Finance Business Partner Manager (Retail Operations)

Responsible to present the finance department as single point of contact and support all business units in all finance related requirements such as analysis reports and ensure that the operating expenses & revenues are in line with the approved budget. In addition, to assist senior management in the decision-making process to ensure the short-term and long-term plans and strategy are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or any other related field or MBA.

Minimum Experience

12 years of extensive experience in Finance, preferably in Retail and FMCG sector.

Key Competencies

• Key knowledge of general Accounting, Finance, and reporting.
• Key knowledge of Retail and FMCG sector.
• Strong bilingual interpersonal and communication skills to manage effective business-to-business and internal customer relations.
• Extensive knowledge of critical ERP and Retail management systems (Oracle & SAP).
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Detail and process oriented.
