Job Description Strategic Financial Advice • Participate in planning to influence long-term outcomes for business areas, including financial sustainability. • Provide insightful advice and recommendations aimed at benefiting the organization. • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the business and the operating environment to gain insights that inform and enhance decision-making processes. • Ensure that financial budgeting and planning consider key financial implications and reflect accurate budgeting practices. • Provide strategic input into the change program, specifically for aspects related to the Financial Business Partnering department. Corporate Finance Business Partnering Management • Manage and lead the corporate financial planning process, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial plans. • Collaborate with business units and departments to establish budget targets and align financial plans with strategic objectives. • Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide insights to drive financial decision-making. • Manage forecast activities the corporate cash flow to meet liquidity needs and optimize working capital efficiency. • Manage cash flow monitoring tools and processes implementation to track inflows and outflows accurately. • Define opportunities to improve cash flow generation, reduce working capital requirements, and manage funding sources effectively. • Manage all activities for developing financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives and growth plans. • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and decision-making processes. • Liaise with the Legal team on corporate financing service level agreements to protect financial position and prevent any violations. • Manage the preparation of reports on financing activities for the Chief Financial Officer to keep them abreast of and informed regarding activity status, as need be. Financial Projects Business Partnering Management • Manage the coordination, management, and follow-up of all financial aspects of projects to ensure acceptable execution. • Maintain timely and sound accounting execution and reporting of financial project results, budget control, and analytical accounting using and maintaining standardized structures and procedures. Identify potential financial risk areas and support the implementation of risk-mitigating activities. • Manage the coordination and follow-up of all project administration, planning, on-site logistics, staff support, and general administration related to the financial management aspect of the project. • Provide advice to Project Management and other departments, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of financial & fiscal laws and contractual requirements. • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial strategies aligned with project objectives and growth plans. • Support on-demand projects, as requires, to facilitate various initiatives foreseen. Strategic Contribution • Ensure effective cascading of the divisional strategy into sectional business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing strategies. People Management • Manage the effective achievement of assigned objectives through the leadership of the designated section by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff to maximize sectional performance. • Lead the talent development initiatives for the assigned section, collaborating with technical/discipline experts and ensuring talent availability to fit business requirements. Budgeting and Financial Performance • Manage the preparation, recommend the sectional budget, and monitor financial performance versus the budget while ensuring all sectional activities align with the approved guidelines. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures • Manage and ensure effective implementation of policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned sectional activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service. Continuous Improvement • Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction. Reporting • Ensure that all department reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet requirements, policies, and quality standards. Related Assignments • Perform any related duties or assignments as directed. Qualification, Technical Skills and Competencies • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance • Finance certification (e.g. CPA, CFA, CMA) is preferred • Excellent knowledge of local and international accounting standards (IFRS) • Solid knowledge of local financial reporting requirements (e.g. taxes) • In depth knowledge of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, reporting, financial control and treasury activities • Familiarity with usage of finance systems and financial Management Information Systems (MIS) • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills • Excellent financial planning and budgeting skills • Strong attention to details • Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English Communications & Working Relationships Internal • Leadership teams • Chief Financial Officer • Reporting staff • Other relevant staff, when required External • Consultants Other companies and agencies, when required Context, Work Environment & Decision-Making Authority • Key decisions significantly impacting the Finance Business Partner department are referred to the Finance Business Partner Director for approval before implementation. • The job holder exercises financial authority as per the level established by the company board and stipulated in the authority matrix.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university. (Master’s degree preferred) Minimum Experience: • 12 years of experience in a similar role – 5 years in a managerial role. Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical): • Solid knowledge in in Finance, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting, independently executes tasks and solves routine challenges. • Excellent use of English (must) and Arabic language (preferred). • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present information. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology tools and software used within the organization. • Demonstrates understanding of the cultural and professional environment in KSA and the GCC region. • Good understanding of relevant market practices and applicable laws & regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply knowledge to ensure compliance • Proficient in essential technical skills related to the role, including knowledge of industry-specific tools, software, and methodologies, enabling effective task execution. • Demonstrate proficiency in essential soft skills as per Competency Framework based on the role’s level of responsibility.
