A leading company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Finance Assistant Manager to implement and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules. Qualifications

Job description

Finance Assistant Manager:

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Financial Reporting.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and document detailed functional requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion Finance capabilities.
  • Experience working with Saudi Government Finance processes and regulations.
  • Design and implement solutions based on best practices and business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other Oracle Fusion modules and external systems.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new implementations and system upgrades.
  • Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving functional and technical issues in a timely manner.
  • 6Assist in financial period closing processes, ensuring that all finance systems operate effectively during the close.
  • Create and deliver end-user training and documentation to ensure a smooth adoption of the system by the finance team.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for custom report development, data migration, interfaces, and customizations when necessary.
  • Manage ongoing system enhancements, change requests, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Monitor Oracle patches and updates, coordinating with technical teams for testing and implementation.
  • Stay current on Oracle Fusion Finance features, releases, and enhancements to provide up-to-date recommendations for process optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and end-users.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in leading small to medium-sized implementation projects or workstreams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple priorities and changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Accounting or a related field.
  • Oracle Fusion Finance certifications, PMP, or ITIL is a plus.
  • 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion (Minimum).
