JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled and strategic Finance Analyst Manager to lead our financial analysis team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring that we make data-driven decisions that align with our organizational goals. You will mentor and guide a team of analysts, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
  • Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement financial models to support strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations
  • Oversee the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance
  • Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support for their professional growth
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Proven experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams
  • Experience in the construction or project management industry is a plus
