Requirements:
  • Computer Engineering Graduate with minimum 5+ years of experience.
  • Extensive experience working with Windows and Mac OS (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of major desktop and network operating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral & written); oral communication skills in Arabic are also required.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL processes; ITIL certification is preferred.
  • Technical certifications such as Cisco and Microsoft certifications are required.
  • Valid driver's license.
Mandatory Skills:

Desktop Support. Experience: 1-3 Years.
