Field Services Representative

LOCATION: Dammam - Eastern Province - Saudi Arabia

DEPARTMENT: SUPPLY CHAIN

Purpose

Helps provide technical assistance services to final customers, ensuring the correct use of Tenaris Premium Connections. Checks and follows up on feedback from the field regarding product performance and general field information valuable for Tenaris.

Main Responsibilities

1. Ensure correct use of TenarisHydril recommended practices, controlling well site preparations, operations, and repairs of Tenaris Premium Connections to prevent problems and incidents, maximizing safety and efficiency.
2. Provide technical support and liaise directly with customer representatives to ensure optimal installation and product performance.
3. Assist Tenaris overview to customer's representatives at rig sites using available online resources and region-specific information.
4. Follow up with customers about perceptions of Tenaris products and services to identify areas for improvement.
5. Maintain updated knowledge of Tenaris Standards and procedures through ongoing training.
6. Complete service reports promptly, including running assistance reports, logs, inspections, service tickets, and specific reports such as dopeless visits.
7. Gather and provide feedback on industry perceptions of Tenaris and competitors’ products and innovations, maintaining reference files and industry information.

Candidate Profile

• Saudi National
• Over 4 years of continuous experience in TRS, JAM, or Power Tongue
• Familiar with Saudi Arabia oil well fields
• Demonstrates technical knowledge in the area
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in experience and knowledge
