Purpose

Helps provide technical assistance services to final customers, ensuring the correct use of Tenaris Premium Connections. Checks and follows up on feedback from the field about product performance and general on-field information valuable for Tenaris.

Main Responsibilities

• Follow up to ensure correct use of TenarisHydril recommended practices, controlling and ensuring well site preparations, running, and repairs of Tenaris Premium Connections, preventing potential problems and incidents, and maximizing safe and efficient installation of our products.
• Provide technical support and liaise directly with customer representatives to ensure the product is installed efficiently, allowing it to perform to its optimal design potential.
• Assist Tenaris general overview to customer's representatives at rig sites using our internet sites and information, along with any other region-specific tools.
• Follow up with customer representatives about their perception of Tenaris products and services to identify potential areas for improvement.
• Maintain updated self-training and knowledge on Tenaris Standards and procedures according to FISE training curricula.
• Ensure timely completion of service reports, both hardcopy and electronic, including running assistance reports, miscellaneous logs, inspections, service tickets, and specific reports like dopeless and visit reports.
• Gather and provide feedback from the field and industry regarding perceptions and attitudes toward Tenaris and competitors’ products, services, and technological innovations. Maintain files and add to the office reference library for competitor information.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should:

• Be a Saudi National.
• Have more than 4 years of continuous experience in TRS, JAM, or Power Tongue.
• Be familiar with the Saudi Arabian oil well fields.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge in the area.
• Possess very good communication skills and confidence in their experience and knowledge.
