Job Purpose:
This role involves dealing with technical queries from hospitals and customers, performing service tasks such as installations, preventive maintenance (PPM), and breakdown repairs. The technician will train customers on the proper usage of our machines, report activities to managers, and update SAP accordingly. Building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives to ensure customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or a technical college certificate with relevant certification (e.g., ESCO product certification).
Minimum Experience:
At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with laboratory equipment, specifically ESCO, CENTURION, SARTORIUS, SIGMA, and MEMMERT products.
