Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experiencedField Service Supervisorto lead our technical team in Riyadh. This key role is vital for ensuring seamless operations, maintenance, and support for our field teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong management abilities and a proven history of overseeing complex customer environments in a 24 / 7, high-availability setting. Occasionally acting as the primary on-site contact for our clients, you will be accountable for meeting and exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while driving operational excellence.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of on-site field service engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Direct and manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) associated with service delivery.
  • Develop and oversee team schedules, shift rotations, and on-call rosters to ensure comprehensive 24 / 7 / 365 coverage.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback and identify training needs for team members.
  • Cultivate a culture centered on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee daily preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for all contracted systems.
  • Serve as the technical escalation point for complex issues, providing guidance to the field service team.
  • Ensure that all incidents and service requests are logged, prioritized, and resolved within the agreed-upon SLAs
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory or team leader role, managing technical teams and customer relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Essential : Proven experience working in a large-scale, critical environment.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Knowledge of ICT infrastructure, servers, and virtualization technologies.
  • Multi-disciplinary knowledge in various Low Current systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), and Building Management Systems (BMS) is important.
  • Skills in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced 24 / 7 operational environment.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
  • This position is full-time and based at our on-site office in Riyadh, KSA.
  • This role may involve working in various environmental conditions.
  • Candidates must be able to pass all required background checks.
