Job Duties
  1. Provide management oversight for multiple service specialists and equipment at a district level to ensure optimal performance at the worksite.
  2. Collaborate with senior management to oversee all personnel activities, including hiring, training, development, and termination, involving shop and field employees.
  3. Enhance safety, service quality, and customer satisfaction in the field.
  4. Use performance data regularly to identify and implement performance improvements.
  5. Monitor on-site performance assessments such as Job Safety Assessments (JSA) and participate in internal audits of Artificial Lift operations.
  6. Promote safety awareness across all operational aspects of the location.
  7. Engage with customers to address technical questions related to current operations or planned activities.
  8. Contribute to the development and implementation of local PSL HSE and SQ plans.
  9. Coordinate and support the Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) processes for PSL.
  10. Investigate accidents, injuries, and incidents within the Artificial Lift PSL.
  11. Participate in the development of new technologies within the Artificial Lift PSL.
  12. Assist employees with HR development, HR issues, and performance management.
