Job Responsibilities
- Under broad supervision, manages multiple service specialists and equipment at a district level to perform effectively at the worksite.
- Collaborates with higher management to oversee all personnel activities, including hiring, training, development, and termination, involving shop and field employees.
- Responsible for enhancing safety, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.
- Uses performance data regularly to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitors on-site performance assessments (e.g., Job Safety Assessment - JSA) and participates in internal audits of Artificial Lift operations.
- Promotes safety awareness across all location operations.
- Interacts with customers to address technical questions about current operations or planned activities.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of local PSL HSE and SQ plans.
- Coordinates and supports the Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) process for the PSL.
- Investigates accidents, injuries, and incidents within the Artificial Lift PSL.
- Participates in the development of new technologies within the Artificial Lift PSL.
- Assists employees with human resource development, HR issues, and performance management.
