Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Under broad supervision, manages multiple service specialists and equipment at a district level to perform effectively at the worksite.
  2. Collaborates with higher management to oversee all personnel activities, including hiring, training, development, and termination, involving shop and field employees.
  3. Responsible for enhancing safety, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.
  4. Uses performance data regularly to identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Monitors on-site performance assessments (e.g., Job Safety Assessment - JSA) and participates in internal audits of Artificial Lift operations.
  6. Promotes safety awareness across all location operations.
  7. Interacts with customers to address technical questions about current operations or planned activities.
  8. Contributes to the development and implementation of local PSL HSE and SQ plans.
  9. Coordinates and supports the Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) process for the PSL.
  10. Investigates accidents, injuries, and incidents within the Artificial Lift PSL.
  11. Participates in the development of new technologies within the Artificial Lift PSL.
  12. Assists employees with human resource development, HR issues, and performance management.
