Your Role

We are looking for talented Service Engineers/Technicians with excellent experience.

Job description:

To improve market coverage and accelerate the compressor technique service business growth in the region during the coming years, we are recruiting 6 field service engineers.

1. Promote our core objective of "First in Mind—First in Choice."
2. Foster strong relationships with the local customer base, ensuring customer problems are resolved promptly to provide high-quality, effective service.
3. Ensure predictable machine performance and results.
4. Duties include machine repair, preventive maintenance, compressor overhaul, compressed air dryers, commissioning of compressors, systems, and management systems.

Experience requirements:

Proven experience in installing and applying compressors and compressed air systems.

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with all compressor technologies: piston, screws, centrifugal, single-stage, and multistage.

High-pressure piston compressors and boosters experience is an added advantage.

Experience with compressed air dryers, refrigerated twin-tower desiccant, and relative dew point dryers.

Good understanding of electrical ladder logic diagrams and main motor controls is beneficial.

Experience with IR, CompAir, and Keesler compressors is advantageous.

Good knowledge of pressure swing adsorption (PSA) and adsorption dryers.

Experience with Allen Bradley or Siemens controllers is desirable.

To succeed, you will need

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of basic compressed air engineering practices, instrumentation, and calibration.

Basic millwright skills, including machine fits, gearing tolerance, main drive alignment.

Ability to create quick fabrication or machining/modification drawings.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to produce detailed technical reports.

Welding skills (gas or electric) are a plus.

Fluent in English, both reading and writing.

Educational requirements:

Engineering diploma (electrical, instrumentation, refrigeration, or mechanical) or recognized diploma in Refrigeration, Hydraulics, or Pneumatics.

Personality requirements:

Positive, outgoing team player; able to prioritize with urgency; self-motivated, results-oriented, independent with minimal supervision; excellent interpersonal skills; ambitious and willing to travel regionally.
