Reporting To

Local/Hub Division Manager

Role and Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality service in compliance with service procedures. Identify and attend to system and user problems arising from customers promptly. Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and develop them into business opportunities. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotics systems. Conduct robot and PLC logic programming, testing, troubleshooting, and robot-studio simulation. Communicate analytically with ABB's R&D team to identify root causes of issues. Provide product training to customers. Collaborate with service sales to support customers on system and product inquiries. Perform sales of maintenance contacts and spare parts to end-users.

Qualifications
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering with at least 1 year of experience in an automation environment.
  • Experience in robotics is an advantage.
  • Understanding of fundamental engineering principles.
  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in customer coordination is preferred.
  • Self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks and working effectively with minimal supervision.
