Position Objective:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment, primarily operating tables, surgical lights, ceiling pendants, and potentially CSSD products. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in clinical environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Install and commission operating tables, surgical lights, and pendants at healthcare facilities.
2. Perform routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on assigned equipment.
3. Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
4. Provide technical support and training to hospital staff on proper equipment usage and care.
5. Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
6. Coordinate with the logistics and spare parts team to ensure timely availability of components.
7. Support CSSD equipment servicing as needed, including washers, sterilizers, and related systems.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.
9. Travel within Riyadh, Dammam, and occasionally to other regions as required.

Qualification (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in servicing medical equipment, preferably in an operating room and CSSD environment.
3. Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and medical device standards.
4. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls efficiently.
6. Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
7. Valid Saudi driving license.
