A leading company in security systems is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Cargo Vehicle Inspection equipment. The role involves technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex systems, requiring a proactive attitude and strong communication skills. Candidates should possess relevant engineering qualifications and experience with technical products.
This role provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site service, overseeing diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Checks operational quality of system equipment, instructs customers on operation and maintenance, and acts as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. Interprets customer needs and clarifies responsibilities for problem resolution among sales, customer support, or engineering teams. The position may include various aspects of field support, beyond system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking.
This role specifically supports Cargo Vehicle Inspection (CVI) equipment field service engineering for delivered cargo systems, including models such as M60, P60, and ZBV.
