A leading company in the Oil & Gas sector is seeking a Field Sales Specialist to drive business expansion in Saudi Arabia. The role involves providing technical support, developing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers. Candidates should have a solid background in sales within the industrial sector and be fluent in both English and Arabic.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Provide expert technical support (leveraging Sales and/or Strategic Specialist where needed) in various current or potential A&B Customers' manufacturing process technologies to develop and support solutions that exceed customers expectations.
• Lead cross-functional teams within Pall (Field Application Specialist, Sourcing, Services, Projects Team, Account Managers, Scientific & Laboratory Services, Marketing, Product Management, Inside Sales, Contract & Legal team, etc.) to develop and implement effective team strategies that address customers needs promptly and secure sales opportunities and position, present, and demonstrate Pall s system and consumable technologies within customer process development and manufacturing groups, collaborating closely with Sales and/or Strategic Specialist teams to showcase advanced solutions
• Negotiate and close orders by understanding the customers willingness to pay and the Terms &Conditions of the sale, including, pricing payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties and other relevant parameters.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and orders targets as assigned by Energy+ management.
• Drive business expansion of equipment & services by significantly increasing market share in existing accounts through establishing and nurturing strong relationships with end-users and customer management and increasing visibility into their filtration needs. Promote all Pall technologies and capabilities, including Growth - Equipment, Services & ET, and all other Energy+ products.
• Identify and prioritize high-value customer capacity expansion opportunities for further development by Sales and/or Strategic specialists, providing strategic support to ensure successful sales completion.
• Develop and maintain productive long-term relationships with senior management and key decision-makers within customer organizations.
The essential requirements of the job include:
• 3+ years experience in providing products and services to Refinery and Oil & Gas, Chemical or General Industrial industries. In exchange for sales experience, we will consider experience as a process/project/maintenance engineer in an Oil & Gas, refining or petrochemical facility, looking for the sale of equipment sales & services to large regional accounts.
• Bachelor s degree preferred (preferably in mechanical/chemical engineering, chemistry or equivalent experience considered. Must have a cultural understanding of the Saudi Arabia Market and GCC Zone.
• Report and communicate all business opportunities, solution concepts, and strategies to Pall management through the use of Sales Force / Energy+ Standard Work /tools per funnel management Standard Work.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship development. Maintain a strong, regular customer presence with multiple high-level face-to-face customer interactions each day at specialized engineering companies such as EPCs, in partnership with account managers, or with new potential customers. Develop deep insights into customer preferences, needs, and anticipated trends to formulate and implement advanced commercial strategies. Stay ahead of industry trends to position products for maximum competitive advantage.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is essential, and Outstanding presentation, negotiation, troubleshooting, and communication skills (both written and spoken) are strongly preferred
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environmental Requirements:
• Ability to travel 50 % travel, overnight, within Saudi Arabia territory and GCC.
• Must have a valid Saudi driver s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 12 kg, any other physical requirement
