As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Sales Consultants / Supervisors while consistently training and developing them. You will handle a wide range of tasks related to managing the sales team, setting targets, forecasting revenue, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. This includes daily reviews, client meetings, feedback sessions, and ensuring the team is well-equipped. You will also track sales metrics and report results to senior management.
