As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Sales Consultants / Supervisors while consistently training and developing them. You will handle a wide range of tasks related to managing the sales team, setting targets, forecasting revenue, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. This includes daily reviews, client meetings, feedback sessions, and ensuring the team is well-equipped. You will also track sales metrics and report results to senior management.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a sales team, providing leadership, training, and coaching on sales techniques, product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Plan and direct sales team training on CRM tools.
  • Develop strategies to meet organizational sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Set individual and team sales targets for new and existing business.
  • Achieve sales targets through personal and team efforts.
  • Generate leads and prospects to meet quarterly sales goals.
  • Recruit, develop, and train new sales agents.
  • Track and report sales figures and performance metrics.
  • Ensure the team has necessary resources to perform effectively.
  • Monitor budgets and progress.
  • Motivate team members to achieve targets.
  • Maintain records of sales, payments, and account reviews.
  • Provide feedback to marketing, operations, and tech teams for product improvement.
  • Gather customer feedback and market research for internal actions.
  • Verify agency data to analyze growth and recruitment needs.
  • Expand the customer base and manage agency relationships.
  • Perform regular field visits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, business administration, or a related field.
  • 8 years of sales experience, including 3 years in team management.
  • Valid KSA license.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and sales techniques.
