• Be responsible for user promotion and scale expansion in the areas under jurisdiction, implementing the company's sales strategies and policies to achieve performance targets.

• Be responsible for promoting in-depth cooperation in areas such as promotional activities and user operation in the regions under control, to enhance the brand image.

• Be responsible for building and daily management of the sales team, creating a capable sales team.

• Possess certain innovation and business-breaking capabilities, and be willing to explore user-growth models suitable for the local market.
