Job Responsibilities

1. Monitor Field Quality Engineer Improvement in all Middle East countries where Lucid vehicles are commercially available.
2. Lead Field Quality Management including field issues collection, analysis, forecasting and monitor problem solving with cross-functional teams.
3. Develop field Quality dashboards and ensure monitoring and tracking of performance through SMART KPI’s.
4. Lead and manage campaigns process in coordination with Product Safety teams and Corporate Field Quality teams.
5. Lead the overall planning, countermeasure support, repair strategy, field communications, interdepartmental coordination and government reporting duties that are required for the successful completion of each activity.
6. Ensure inter-departmental collaboration between Field Quality team, Service Centers, Legal Department, Manufacturing Quality, Sales, and Warranty groups to meet regulatory requirements and ensure and improve the customer experience.
7. Provide regulatory reporting data and maintain any supporting documents to track compliance performance and ensure accuracy.
8. Provide support for all ad-hoc compliance requests (training, audits, presentations, etc.).
9. Participate in final reflection activities to support recurrence prevention and continuous improvement.
10. Collect and Track Customer Experience data and field Issues (PPM, warranty…).
11. Collect data from the Field, ensure data analysis and lead problem solving Involving all required stakeholders (Manufacturing, Design, Suppliers…).
12. Track field Issues action plans.
13. Anticipate risks based on field data collection and analysis.

The Qualifications

1. Master’s Degree in a technical or engineering discipline is required.
2. 10+ years of experience in automotive industry with minimum 5 years with OEM.
3. Experience in Field Quality Management is required, including field issues collection, analysis, forecasting…
4. Good understanding of Field Quality processes and Campaigns process.
5. Good understanding of vehicle assembly processes, experience within an EV Is a plus.
6. Strong knowledge of automotive regulations and automotive service environments.
7. Good verbal, written, and presentation skills.
8. Able to motivate, influence, gain consensus and support within a wide variety of supporting departments and can interface well with senior management.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects.
10. Exemplary verbal, written, and presentation skills.
11. Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
12. Ability to lead complex issues and communicate with different levels of the organization.
