Job Description

Job Summary

As the Field Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of targeted field marketing initiatives, including events, conferences, channel marketing and account-based marketing (ABM). Collaborating closely with sales, product, strategy and marketing teams, your primary goal will be to drive regional demand generation and customer engagement. You will ensure the successful execution of on-the-ground campaigns that align with the company s strategic objectives and foster brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute regional field marketing plans to drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Align strategies with sales teams for account-based marketing and targeted outreach.

Event Management:

  • Oversee the planning, logistics, and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other field events.
  • Evaluate event success through key performance metrics.

Channel Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with channel partners to implement co-marketing initiatives that drive joint success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with internal teams to ensure field activities align with overall marketing and sales objectives.

Budget Management:

  • Manage field marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Analyze the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns and continuously refine strategies based on data insights.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, ABM, and event management.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in the technology sector is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
