- Assist in housing and school searches, including scheduling viewings and escorting clients.

- Provide detailed local insights on family life, schooling options, children’s activities, healthcare facilities, shopping, and other everyday needs.

- Act as the first local contact and support system for new arrivals.

- Drive assigners (and occasionally their families) around in your own safe, well-maintained vehicle.

- Maintain clear and timely communication with the relocation coordination team.

- Flexibly respond to assignments with short notice and varying schedules.

Skills

- Friendly, empathetic, and culturally sensitive.

- Strong knowledge of local neighborhoods, schools, medical services, supermarkets, leisure spots, etc.

- Professional in demeanor, discreet, and customer-focused.

- Familiar with smartphone apps (maps, real estate platforms, translation, etc.)
