**Job Title:** HSE Advisor - Operations Division
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HSE, Science, Industrial, or related discipline from an accredited institution or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in safety operations within the Oil & Gas industry, including at least 7 years in Drilling and Workover operations.
- International safety certification such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in incident investigation, hazard identification, risk management, emergency preparedness & response, and safety management systems.
- Leadership skills, excellent communication skills in English, computer literacy, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and handle significant challenges.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the operations division Field HSE Advisor for rigs, focusing on safety, environmental, and occupational health & compliance matters.
- Conduct internal HSE audits and field inspections in accordance with Saudi Aramco Safety Management System and other standards; develop SMARTER plans for each audit/inspection.
- Assist engineering, operations, and HSE teams in developing and maintaining safety processes related to risk assessment, safety training, asset integrity, and environmental protection.
- Lead and participate in incident investigations, preparing comprehensive reports.
- Perform pre-commencement inspections for new rigs and support rig teams in closing out findings.
- Assess rigs for various audits and inspections, developing corrective action plans.
- Mentor rig foremen on HSE matters and evaluate safety officers for compliance.
- Conduct rig visits to assess behavioral safety, attend safety meetings, and promote HSE awareness.
**Work Schedule:** 28 days on, 28 days off, with 12-hour and 8-hour shifts.
