About the role:

The Field Clinical Specialist (FCS) provides clinical, technical, and educational support remotely and in the field to assigned accounts at various levels. The role is driven by customer demand and pre-planned support needs, focusing mainly on case support and influencing customer usage of our full portfolio using clinical expertise.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing clinical support during procedures, troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.
2. Supporting customer demand and pre-planned support requirements.
3. Attending cases face-to-face or remotely, advising physicians on clinical attributes and techniques related to our products.
4. Ensuring timely collection and reporting of medical documentation related to device operation.
5. Supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
6. Developing a deep understanding of hospital workflows and relationships to identify decision-makers and facilitate sales.
7. Responding to urgent customer needs with creative solutions, collaborating with sales, clinical, research, marketing, and technical teams.
8. Recording customer interactions in the CRM system to align with other commercial roles.
9. Providing scientific, evidence-based clinical education and customer training.
10. Spending approximately 90% of time in accounts or OR with key opinion leaders and high implanters, attending 5-6 cases weekly.
11. Initiating market segmentation and account mapping exercises.
12. Establishing action plans per account and surgeon.
13. Exploring new business opportunities actively.

Candidate requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in the implant field.
• Experience supporting clinical procedures with medical devices, preferably in hospitals and OR settings.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
