About the Role

The Field Clinical Specialist provides expert clinical product and technical support and training to physicians, technicians, and sales representatives on the Boston Scientific Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) portfolio and Farapulse equipment, part of our electrophysiology (EP) portfolio.

This role involves 40% commercial activities and 60% clinical case support, assisting during procedures. All activities aim to meet and surpass business goals.

This is a hybrid, permanent position combining field-based and office work. You will be responsible for the Riyadh region, with frequent weekly travel (up to five days) to visit clients.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Serving as the primary resource for clinical support, troubleshooting, and system/software development.
2. Educating customers and internal staff on CRM and Farapulse device usage through presentations and demonstrations.
3. Attending hospital labs for case support and portfolio development.
4. Providing training and feedback to development teams and sales representatives.
5. Meeting with clients to understand their clinical needs and demonstrate how our products can help achieve their goals.
6. Building relationships within hospitals to facilitate future sales and identify decision-makers.
7. Responding to customer needs and complaints, developing solutions collaboratively.
8. Supporting colleagues in neighboring regions as needed.
9. Traveling frequently (up to five days weekly) and working from the Riyadh office when not visiting clients.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Biomedical Sciences or similar, preferably in cardiac rhythm management or electrophysiology.
• Experience in a related role (technician, sales, nursing) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to understand and convey complex technical and clinical information.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Adaptability to a dynamic marketplace.
• Team-oriented, relationship builder, collaborative.
• Self-motivated, influential.
• Flexible, persistent.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Valid driver’s license.
