Bio-Rad Life Science Group is seeking a highly motivated Field Application Specialist with expertise in Proteomics. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong collaboration skills, and a history of exceeding sales targets. You will be part of a high-performing team including the General Manager, Senior Channel Sales Manager, Channel Sales Manager, Marketing Managers, Field Application Specialists, and Service Engineers, supporting Channel partners in the MET region (Middle East and Turkey). This is a field-based role requiring local and international travel.

How You’ll Make an Impact :

  • Ensure short-term and long-term sales success within the Proteomics portfolio by delivering high-impact solutions and customer value.
  • Support business growth by promoting the Western Blotting workflow, including imaging solutions, protein purification via chromatography, and antibodies.
  • Apply scientific expertise in field sales to generate new business through meetings, demos, seminars, webinars, and training.
  • Provide post-sales support to optimize customer satisfaction and collaborate with Technical Support, Service, and Sales teams.
  • Plan and execute targeted sales activities for high-value customers and key market segments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Decision Makers (KDMs) to promote adoption and loyalty.
  • Utilize CRM and market intelligence tools to identify prospects and demonstrate technical advantages such as sensitivity, throughput, and reproducibility.
  • Maintain a broad understanding of the product portfolio to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across customer accounts.

What You Bring :

  • A Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of sales or related experience within the Life Science or Diagnostics industry.
  • Regional expertise in the Middle East, with knowledge of local culture, customer landscape, and key accounts.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of working independently and in teams.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Sales and/or laboratory experience is required.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
  • A valid Driver’s License is required.
