Job Duties
  1. Under general supervision, oversee the SAP process from sales order creation to preparation for delivery and invoicing.
  2. Ensure accuracy of job-related requisitions and communicate with service coordinator on sales order accuracy, securing sign-off.
  3. Responsible for daily inventory commitment and reconciliation.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP order to cash issues.
  5. Create requisitions as required and support processing or transfer of costs to sales orders or mobile business units (MBU).
  6. Create standing maintenance orders to assign sundry item costs to MBU.
  7. Serve as a backup on the quotation team for quotation creation and as a backup to the service coordinator for sales order creation.
  8. Perform scheduling of personnel and equipment in sales orders; report on personnel utilization and equipment, and maintain the scheduling board.
  9. Skills are typically acquired through a high school diploma or similar education and 3 years of experience as a Service Planner I.
  10. Must complete the basic intermediate order to cash training course.
  11. Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and comply with all safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
  12. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
  13. Promote and actively participate in quality improvement processes.
