Job Duties

1. Oversee the SAP process from sales order creation to delivery preparation and invoicing, ensuring accuracy of requisitions and communicating with the service coordinator for order approval.
2. Manage daily inventory commitments and reconcile discrepancies.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP order-to-cash issues.
4. Create requisitions and support cost processing or transfer to sales orders or Mobile Business Units (MBU).
5. Generate standing maintenance orders to allocate sundry item costs to MBU.
6. Assist as a backup on the quotation team and for sales order creation as needed.
7. Perform scheduling of personnel and equipment, report on utilization, and maintain scheduling boards.
8. Promote safety awareness, environmental consciousness, and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
9. Participate actively in quality improvement processes.

Qualifications

Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience as a Service Planner I. Completion of basic and intermediate order-to-cash training courses is necessary.
