Job Duties

1. Under general supervision, oversees the SAP process from sales order creation to preparation for delivery and invoicing.
2. Ensures accuracy of job-related requisitions and communicates with the service coordinator on sales order accuracy, securing sign-off.
3. Responsible for daily inventory commitment and reconciliation.
4. Troubleshoots and resolves SAP order-to-cash issues.
5. Creates requisitions as required and supports processing and/or transfer of costs to sales orders or mobile business units (MBU).
6. Creates standing maintenance orders to assign sundry item costs to MBU.
7. Supports backup roles such as quotation creation and sale order creation.
8. Performs scheduling of personnel and equipment in sales orders; reports on personnel utilization and equipment, maintaining the scheduling board.
9. Skills are typically acquired through a high school diploma or similar education and 3 years of experience as a Service Planner I.
10. Must complete the basic intermediate order-to-cash training course.
11. Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, complying with all safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
12. Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
13. Participates actively in the quality improvement process.
