Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff activities, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks and projects.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural).
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Train staff on safety procedures and equipment use.
  • Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, ordering replacements as needed.

  • Close out imminent dangers in a timely manner.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys with end users.
  • Follow up with reactive team to ensure activities are closed on time.
