Job description

Sky Restaurants is a rapidly growing company in the F&B Industry in Egypt. As part of the Sky Holding group, we aim to provide customers with the most efficient dining experience. With a planned investment of 20 Million USD and a goal of opening 200 restaurants within 5 years, Sky Restaurants offers diverse cuisines and Fast Food brands to satisfy the Egyptian and Saudi markets' needs and deliver a unique customer experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by managing daily operations and addressing customer complaints and inquiries.
  2. Operations Management: Oversee the preparation and sale of products, ensuring they are delivered promptly and accurately.
  3. Financial Management: Manage financial controls, including cash control and security procedures, and apply financial reports to improve restaurant results.
  4. Staff Management: Recruit, select, hire, and retain effective team talent. Train and supervise team members and shift coordinators on Pickl's products, policies, and processes.
  5. Compliance: Enforce compliance with company procedures, government regulations, food safety, and employment laws.
  6. Marketing: Assist with the implementation of marketing plans to increase sales and profitability and in the LSM activities.
  7. Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in the fast food industry in a managerial position
  • University degree
  • Postgraduate studies in business (preferable)
  • 10 years of experience
  • Good command of English (reading, writing & speaking)
