The Family Medicine Consultant provides expert-level patient-centric and evidence-based medical care while ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards set by the organization and regulatory authorities. Key Responsibilities Requirements
Provide High-Quality Clinical Care (40%)

Risk Management & Compliance (20%)
Identify and manage clinical risks associated with patient care.

Maintain Accurate Medical Records (15%)
Document all patient interactions, diagnoses, and treatments in an electronic medical record system.
Ensure timely updates to patient records and compliance with legal and regulatory documentation standards.
Continuous Professional Development & Training (15%)
Engage in lifelong learning and professional development activities.
Mentor and train junior physicians, medical students, and clinical staff.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of medicine.

Essential Minimum Requirements:
Basic Medical Degree with completion of a higher education program (fellowship/diploma) recognized by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
Certification and registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
At least 3-5 years of post-qualification experience at the Consultant level.
Active and valid life support certification (e.g., BLS, PALS, NRP).
Desired Qualifications:
At least 3 year of experience as a Consultant in a Tier 1 country as recognized by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
Specialty-specific fellowship or additional certification in Lifestyle Medicine
