Teach all undergraduate Pharmaceutics courses, including both theoretical content and laboratory components.
- Supervise and support students in coursework, lab work, and research projects.
- Oversee the administrative functions of the Pharmaceutics division, including course planning, faculty coordination, and resource management.
- Lead and manage the Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences (Pharmaceutics Track), including curriculum oversight, student mentoring, and program development.
- Serve as the Program Quality Coordinator, ensuring compliance with national and international accreditation standards (e.g., NCAAA, CCAPP).
- Participate actively in college and university committees, contributing to academic governance, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.
- Engage in high-impact research, publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals, and support research collaborations.
- Mentor junior faculty members and contribute to faculty development initiatives.
- Participate in community engagement and professional development aligned with the College's mission.
Requirements
- Education: Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics or a closely related field from an accredited university.
- Academic Rank: Must hold or be eligible for the rank of Full Professor at a recognized academic institution.
- Professional License: Valid and active classification from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Skills & Competencies: Extensive experience in teaching and curriculum development at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Strong administrative and leadership skills, particularly in academic program management.
- Proven record of research excellence and publication in internationally recognized journals.
- Familiarity with program accreditation and quality assurance frameworks.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
- Proficiency in academic technologies, learning platforms, and data systems.
