Job description

A Snapshot of your day

As the Factory Business Controller, you will lead all aspects and coordinate various commercial and financial topics. This involves preparing the budget and forecasts for meaningful metrics like Order Intake, Revenue, Profit, and Free Cash Flow. Additionally, you will ensure accurate financial records, find opportunities for process optimization, and support the Factory CFO in achieving a successful Execution Unit.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Manage the forecasting, control, monitoring, analysis, and reporting of the Factory Budget, including both forecasted and actual figures.
  • Conduct analysis of variances between actual results and forecasts, providing detailed explanations as vital.
  • Coordinate and control cost centers across various areas, as well as manage factory investments (CAPEX) in alignment with the budget.
  • Develop and maintain factory regulations for product costing by production line, ensuring accurate monitoring of plant utilization.
  • Evaluate factory loading using planned hours and manage cost center administration and project critical metrics to ensure data accuracy.
  • Build outstanding financial reports and presentations for both internal and external collaborators, serving as a reliable point of contact for the Factory Head of Finance.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, ACCA, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional experience in Controlling and/or Accounting.
  • Familiarity with factory processes, including factory utilization, absorption, and product costing.
  • Proficient in SAP Financial modules.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
