Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee all facility and maintenance activities, both in-house and external, while coordinating closely with the production team to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Track and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for facility infrastructure, utility systems, plant, and equipment to ensure timely service and vendor compliance.
  • Schedule and monitor calibration activities for equipment and instruments; manage logistics arrangements for business travelers.
  • Plan and forecast parts and service requirements for facility and maintenance operations; coordinate with the sourcing team to ensure timely procurement and availability.
  • Manage the work permit process in alignment with company safety procedures and operational protocols.
  • -Support Lean initiatives and Kaizen activities, contributing to continuous improvement through structured planning of materials and services.
  • Monitor and track EHS priorities in coordination with the EHS and Facility & Maintenance teams, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards in the capacity of EHS Champion for the cell.
  • Track and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost control, financial accountability, and alignment with company targets.
  • Align with the organization's business goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor 's degree of Engineering from an accredited university.
  • A minimum 9 years of professional experience in maintenance parts and service operations.
  • Spoken and written English & Arabic.
